This is the LED area that sits against the skin. The Joint Wrap is contoured, so it is shown in the photo rather than as a flat rectangle.

Everyday use

Three steps, 20 minutes a day.

Red light does not pass through clothing, so wear the LED side against bare skin. Clothing over the top of the wrap is fine.

Place the LED side against the area you want to cover.

Fasten the velcro strap, clip the battery in place and hold the power button.

Rest or keep working for 20 minutes, then remove the wrap.
